The third episode of the most anticipated season of Game Of Thrones comes out in a few hours and we couldn’t think of a better occasion to rank the characters from the best to the worst. Ranging from the heroes to the evil and nefarious one’s, we thought of twenty four characters that were suitable to be ranked. We hope you agree!
1) Tyrion Lannister
Undoubtedly our favourite character on the show. He drinks and knows everything. Dwarf, drunk, sarcastic, despised by his sister and father, reads a lot, and uses his wit for a sword. Also, committed one of the greatest murders on the show. You go Tyrion Lannister!
2) Jon Snow
Handsome, Ned’s son, Lord Commander, brother to the Stark children. Friend to Sam. Has the best hair, he’s charming and.. we could go on forever. Definitely a favourite ever since the first episode aired. You’ll know why.
3) Daenerys Targaryen
Khaleesi, Mother of Dragons, The Unburnt. Yes, made terrible decisions quite a few times and did the most preposterous things ever, but she’s a queen. Daenerys Stormborn is going to rule the land of Westeros…soon enough.
4) Eddard Stark
Leader of House Stark, Protector of the realms, Hand of the King, devoted father and husband, and a hero. It’s a shame we didn’t see more of him.
5) Oberyn Martell
Prince of Dorne, fierce fighter, Red Viper. Oberyn’s entry into the show brought back the comic element that was really missed and made us smile. Until…
6) Robb Stark
Oldest son of Ned and Catelyn, Heir to House Stark, Lord of Winterfell, King of the North. Hero.
7) Brienne of Tarth
Highborn lady who trained to be a knight, Catelyn Stark’s envoy, brave. Served Renly Baratheon before she swore an oath to Lady Stark that she’d protect her daughters. Too badass to be in Game Of Thrones.
8) Robert Baratheon
He didn’t do much except for drink and relax. Coolest character on the show. He just didn’t care.
9) Jorah Mormont
Son of Lord Commander Jeer mormont. Lives in exile, originally joined Daenerys to spy on her but we’ve forgiven him for that. He’s helped her more than anything else.
10) Arya Stark
Rebel, feisty, so brave.
11) Catelyn Stark
Even though she’s an overly overprotective mother, she did well. But we wish she loved Jon as her own.
12) Melisandre
Red priestess from Asshai, Worshipper of the Lord of Light. Contributed greatly in the show when she resurrected our favourite character..
13) Jaime Lannister
We haven’t forgiven him for crippling Bran in season one, but who could hate the kingslayer for too long
14) Davos Seaworth
Hand to King Stannis, Friend to Shireen…we love this man. He’s too nice.
15) Cersie Lannister
She looks really evil but we don’t really despise her after the season five finale. Shame, shame, shame.
16) Petyr Baelish
Little finger. If only he’d mind his own business..
17) Maragery Tyrell
Probably the only one as mean as Cerise Lannister.
18) Theon Greyjoy
Theon made us hate him for very long before we began to feel sorry for the way he was tortured by Ramsay Bolton. Still have mixed feelings about this one.
19) Ellaria Sand
Lover of Prince Oberyn who witnessed his death at the hands of The Mountain. And committed one of the saddest murders on the show. Terrible person.
20) Tywin Lannister
CRUEL. Who betrays your own son like Tywin did? Glad he got what he deserved.
21) Alisser Thorne
Master-at-arms of Castle Black. Murderer. Never a favourite.
22) Stannis Baratheon
Terrible Father, Murderer, Selfish, Cowardly.
23) Ramsay Bolton
He is everyone’s worse nightmare. Torturer, Murderer, Schizophrenic, Psychotic, Evil, wicked..every adjective that describes wickedness.
24) Walder Frey
The Red Wedding… We will never forgive this man. Possibly the worst character on the show. It’s only a matter of time before he’s slain by Arya. She isn’t a Lannister but surely pays her debts.
