They charge INR 2,200 yearly and is open 6 days a week from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. However, you need to have a membership to avail the services of this library in Delhi.

Delhi Public Library
Situated in Delhi’s Chandni Chowk, this library in Delhi operates from 10 am to 7:45 pm from Monday to Saturday and 10 am to 5pm on Sundays. Although its services are free of cost, you need to avail a membership of 100 INR. It has all the books related to genres like fiction, law, literature, philosophy and many more.

Only members have access to the Habitat library in Delhi, and the staff is ill-equipped to help you or give you any genuine, helpful information. Don’t anticipate top-notch service or information for their low membership cost. If you’re searching for an old-school library and some relaxation, they’re rather well-stocked, open seven days a week, and will undoubtedly provide.
